FAQ's
How many guests is an elopement?
Depending on the venue but our elopements are from 9 - 10 guests + bride and groom. This includes children over 12 months.
How many guests is a micro wedding?
A micro wedding is over 10 guests and under 20. This includes children over 12 months.
Can we elope and meet our family and friends at one of the venues?
You sure can, simply book the elopement location as well as the venue hire.
Can we stay more than one night at either of your accommodations?
Absolutely, when you're building your package just select the venue hire option or just accomodation option and let us know in the notes how many nights you would like to stay onsite.
How many hours can we book the photographer for?
You can book the photographer for 3, 4, or full day coverage. If you require multi-day coverage please note that in the booking form when building your package.
How long does it take to drive up the Loch Stock Lodge's mountain?
The 4WD ride is 30 minutes up the mountain, an hour on the mountain for ceremony, picnic, and photos, and then 30 minutes drive back down the mountain. Additional time for mountain hire is also available.
How low does it have to snow for us to elope in snow?
Snow needs to drop to 600-700m before there's snow on the particular mountain that we will be on, but during winter the surrounding mountains including Mt. Lyford will be covered in snow for a scenic snow capped backdrop.
