How it works:
Step 1:

Choose your photography + content creation coverage and build your elopement package on top of that in the booking form.

Step 2:
​
Fill in your contact details, ideal date, and any extra notes that we might need to know or ask any questions.

Step 3:
​
We will get back to you within 48 hours confirming your booking with an invoice with a deposit required to secure your booking for the 2025-26 season. Bonus you only deal with one contract and one invoice, simple and easy!

FAQ's
How many guests can I have at the winter elopement?
This elopement allows for the bride and groom only. The heli flight only allows for the couple and the photographer. The 4x4 allows for the celebrant, bride + groom, and photographer.
Can we elope and meet our family and friends at Loch Stock Lodge?
You sure can, simply book the private mountain or river access option as well as the venue hire location when building your package. You can choose between opting for per hour hire (minimum 2 hours) or go for the 4 hour hire package which includes one night accommodation for up to 6 persons.
Can we stay more than one night at Loch Stock Lodge?
Absolutely, when you're building your package just select the venue hire option or just accomodation option and let us know in the notes how many nights you would like to stay onsite.
How many hours can we book the photographer for?
You can book the photographer for 2 (this is the in and our 4x4/heli option), 4, 6, or 8 hours coverage. If you require multi-day coverage please note that in the booking form when building your package.
Can we add multiple scenery photo locations?
Yes absolutely you can, the beauty of Loch Stock Lodge is the variety of nearby or even on location scenic spots so we don't even have to travel super far for stunning views. With Loch Stock Lodge you can have private river access and private mountain 4x4 access as well as beautiful lake front photos all within the space of 10-20 minutes of each other! During the planning process Chaznel will compile of locations for your scenic portraits ensuring you have a variety of stunning photos from your day!
How long does it take to drive up the mountain?
The 4x4 ride is 30 minutes up the mountain, an hour on the mountain for ceremony, picnic, and photos, and then 30 minutes drive back down the mountain. Additional time for mountain hire is also available.
How low does it have to snow for us to elope in snow?
Snow needs to drop to 600-700m before there's snow on the particular mountain that we will be on, but during winter the surrounding mountains including Mt. Lyford will be covered in snow for a scenic snow capped backdrop.
